IDU is a range of services that provide you with the ability to confidently verify a customer’s identity, conduct due diligence for anti-money laundering purposes and evaluate the risk associated with an individual.

Services within the IDU family are segmented into two main groups:

• know your customer (KYC)
• anti-money laundering (AML)

Know your customer (KYC)

Our IDU know your customer solutions allow you to confidently identify an individual and gain a better understanding of their circumstances, whilst also fighting the threat of identity fraud.

Currently, within the know your customer group we supply:

IDU–KYC

An identity verification solution, IDU–KYC screens personal details against a wealth of consumer data to verify an individual’s identity and address. The service can be accessed via our online software, or integrated directly into your systems via our IDU–KYC web service.

IDU–CCJ

Supplying goods or services on credit is reliant on the customer ultimately being able to pay – if an individual has an outstanding County Court Judgement, it’s a good indication that they may not be able to. Our unique IDU–CCJ web service will allow you to identify individuals who present a credit risk or are in financial difficulty, directly through your internal systems.

IDU–PRS

Property Register Search (PRS), provides you with the ability to verify whether or not an individual owns a property. This completely unique service allows you to access official title registers for England and Wales either on an ad-hoc basis via our TraceIQ product, or in large volumes through our batch screening service.

Anti-money laundering (aml)

Within our anti-money laundering group we currently offer:

Providing a quick and easy way to confidently verify client identity and screen against PEP and sanction lists, IDU–AML helps you meet your anti-money laundering obligations in a cost-effective manner.
