Mike Trezise - Managing Director
Mike is the founder of Tracesmart and has over 25 years of people tracing experience. His unrivalled knowledge provides the company with a distinct competitive advantage, enabling us to retain our prominent market position and replace outdated legacy tracing solutions.
When he is not developing intuitive new tracing functionality ideas or sourcing fresh consumer data for our products, he enjoys travelling, watching sport and spending time with his children.
Paul Weathersby - Technical Director
The driving force behind the development and production of Tracesmart's suite of web-based services, Paul manages and directs our experienced IT team. His in-depth knowledge of web technologies allows us to supply clients with cutting edge consumer intelligence solutions, often built around their specific needs.
Aside from his daily technology vigil, Paul enjoys a good rally on the badminton court and spending time with his family.
Chris Rothwell - Sales Director
Following a successful career in financial services at HBOS, Chris traversed to a slightly different occupation when he joined Tracesmart. Originally adopting the role of professional tracer, he now heads up the corporate sales team, a position for which his knowledge of tracing and financial services has set him in good stead.
When not advising clients or ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department, Chris will be found at the City Stadium supporting his beloved Cardiff City FC.
Rhiannon Wilcox - Finance Director
The most recent addition to Tracesmart's board of directors, Rhiannon has been involved with the business for over eight years in her capacity as company accountant. Now a full time staff member and director, Rhiannon maintains a razor sharp eye on the company's finances.
Away from the calculator, Rhiannon can be seen dancing the night away or travelling the world supporting any one of her favourite sports, including rugby, cricket, football, boxing and tennis. Creating magnificently tasty cakes has also become a recent obsession (and we're especially keen to be her guinea pigs).
Adam Smith - Marketing Manager
Having attained a degree in Media Technologies, Adam joined Tracesmart to oversee both internet and above the line marketing. Combining creativity and technical knowledge with his ostentatious personality, Adam has been a key player in spreading the word of Tracesmart, in both the consumer and corporate arenas.
When not flying the flag for Tracesmart he can be caught nodding his head to various forms of music and endulging in a good book.
Owen Roberts - Head of Public Relations
With over 25 years in the creative and advertising industries including 7 years with the BBC, Owen joined Tracesmart with the view of overseeing public relations whilst also exploring further business opportunities.
In his spare time Owen likes to keep active by running, and playing squash and tennis. And when his two children let him take control of the TV, he likes to keep up-to-date with mainstream sports (rugby in particular) whilst unwinding with a good glass of red.
Sarah Lawrence - Customer Services Manager
Following a career in both customer service and account management which spanned 16 years, Sarah joined Tracesmart to manage and direct the consumer customer services team, who deal with the huge volume of private customers subscribing to www.tracesmart.co.uk.
Away from work, Sarah spends a lot of time keeping both her son and husband out of mischief and in any free time she gets (very little as you can imagine), she enjoys a good concert.
Rebecca Westlake - HR Manager
Both the private and public sector enjoyed Rebecca's organisational and creative talents prior to her joining Tracesmart. Previously a project co-ordinator with the Welsh Development Agency and business support manager in various commercial enterprises, Rebecca's extensive experience oils the wheels of Tracesmart's day to day business.
A true sun seeker, Rebecca's globetrotting shoes are well and firmly on when away from the office - an indulgence which sees her and her family travelling to exotic climes several times a year.
Craig Strong - IT Manager
A highly motivated professional with a passion for technology and innovation, Craig manages and develops Tracesmart's scalable business solutions, built to encompass high standards of quality and reliability. Craig is a graduate with first class honours in Internet Computing and is an active member of the British Computing Society.
In his spare time, Craig likes to experiment with different technologies, reading, watching movies, walking and visiting historic and scenic places of interest. Most weekends he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his partner and his crazy cocker spaniel, Buster.
Mike Thraves - Trace Manager
Mike ventured toward a new direction when he joined Tracesmart; following a fruitful career in finance he became one of the company's lynchpin tracers. His journey has seen him become head of the continually growing trace team who are responsible for locating millions of gone aways each year.
When not overseeing the day to day operation of the trace department, Mike is likely to be found avidly supporting Manchester United FC, or whipping up a culinary masterpiece in the kitchen.
Claire Dean - Cleanse Manager
Within two years of joining Tracesmart, Claire's confident and ambitious nature saw her progress to the role of Cleanse Manager. Under her guidance, Tracesmart's cleanse team are able to provide a range of services which includes existence checks, residency verification and mortality screening.
In her free time, Claire enjoys raising money for charity, spending time with her family and soaking up the sun, which due to British weather means jetting away whenever possible.
