Tracesmart Take Honours at Two Industry Events

Consumer data specialists, Tracesmart Corporate, have won two leading business awards within a day. The first honour was presented at the CSA & DBSG Awards held in Brighton and the second at The Welsh Chamber of Commerce Awards in Cardiff.

Following a recent period of sustained growth and expansion, Tracesmart are not only experiencing increasing demand for their products and services but are now being recognised for the quality of their work within their industry.

The first award was received from the Credit Services Association (CSA) for Best PR/Advertising Campaign. Featuring an 'empty' tortoise shell and the strap-line 'Nobody Home', the campaign conveys one of the problems faced by the collections industry; whether a debtor is still resident at a given address.

Tracesmart is a major player within the collections industry offering a range of services that include data cleansing and debtor tracing, facilities increasingly employed to verify an individual's residential status and locate gone away debtors. The Tracesmart marketing team are delighted to have won the award as their Marketing Manager, Adam Smith, commented,

"It was a really strong competitive field but I believe the combination of original yet simple imagery and copy, conveyed our message well. The campaign results have themselves been more than enough reward, but this is the icing on the cake." Twenty four hours later the best of Welsh business was celebrated as the culmination of the Chamber of Commerce Business week in Wales. At the glittering awards dinner hosted by journalist and TV personality, John Sergeant, Tracesmart accepted their second award, Excellence in eBusiness.
